Role Overview: As an Assistant Studio Manager at Aliens Tattoo, you will be responsible for managing daily studio operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, retail management experience, and a passion for creating immersive customer experiences. You will work closely with the studio team, clients, and the HQ sales team to ensure smooth operations and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a positive, high-energy team spirit, fostering strong relationships between artists and team members. Oversee daily studio operations, including managing walk-ins, handling customer queries, booking consultations, and turning customers into repeat clients. Ensure the studio atmosphere and hygiene align with company standards, keeping the vibrant "Aliens vibe" alive. Adhere to operational SOPs and processes, ensuring seamless functioning of the studio. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales, and follow up on potential sales leads. Coordinate with the HQ sales team to identify process improvements and support business growth. Prepare staff rosters, manage artist transfers, and arrange guest spots to ensure the studio is fully staffed at all times. Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, resolving issues efficiently. Coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure timely delivery of designs, meeting client expectations. Arrange skill development training sessions for artists to enhance their expertise and maintain top-tier service. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate (Any Stream). 4-5 years of experience in retail store/studio management, with a strong background in customer service and sales. Industry experience in Real Estate, Automobile, or Jewellery is preferred but not mandatory. Strong sales orientation and customer service focus, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the company. Preferred Industry Experience: Real Estate, Automobile, Jewellery (Preferred but not mandatory)
