We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Counselor/Telecaller to join our team at our head office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and converting these leads into scheduled meetings. This is a critical role in supporting our business growth by working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the successful execution of meetings. Key Responsibilities: Handle and follow up on calls from IVR and social media (e.g., Facebook) leads. Convert leads into meetings for the Branch Manager to execute. Adhere to provided training and processes to meet and exceed monthly targets. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to execute meetings and achieve business objectives. Maintain accurate records of calls and meetings using basic tools such as Word and Excel. Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in inbound or outbound telecalling. Education: Any graduate, with experience in telecalling preferred but freshers may apply. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Ability to work effectively in a team.
