Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a professional and empathetic approach. Issue Resolution: Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Call Management: Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming calls, while adhering to quality standards and response time targets. Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's system for future reference and reporting. Escalation: Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the relevant departments when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up. Process Adherence: Follow all internal guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and provide feedback to improve services. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Graduation in any discipline is preferred. Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service, BPO, or related fields is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Language. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
