Key Responsibilities: Achieving Revenue Targets: Drive business revenue numbers to meet and exceed company objectives. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities. Evaluate prospects' industry positioning to generate high-quality leads. Market Expansion: Strategically develop new geographies to expand business operations. Key Account Management: Enhance revenue from existing key accounts. Identify and develop new key accounts to grow the business footprint. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide clients with tailored support, guidance, and information. Understand client budgets and identify precise needs to deliver value-added solutions. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by fostering excellent client experiences. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints. Deliver efficient after-sales service and support. Timely Collections: Oversee timely payment collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Market Research: Conduct market intelligence activities to understand competitors and identify opportunities. Reviving Dormant Clients: Re-establish and nurture relationships with inactive clients to revive business opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant field. Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales. Experience in sectors like infrastructure, lifts, construction chemical manufacturing, waterproofing, doors and elevators manufacturing, or automobile industries is preferred.
