- All online payments - for all entities, employee reimbursements, travel advances, advances & Forex arrangement - Managing Banking Relationships with all Operational Banks and Ensure all credit and letter of credit agreements are accurately documented and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Timely submission of Stocks ,Debtors , Creditors Statements & details required to banks towards Non Fund based limits - Booking, making payments and reconciliation for all professional & Legal fees paid. - Statutory Payments - GST, TDS, TCS, PF, PT, CIMS / SIMS & RCM working. - Bank Guarantee Issuance, Audit Assistance, Accrued Interest & prepaid expense working, Bank Reconciliation, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation , checking and posting of debit and Credit Notes.
