Job Description

As the Area Service Manager at Allview India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in managing service teams, overseeing service center appointments, and ensuring seamless service operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and improving operational efficiency in the service of our core products. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians, providing training and performance evaluations to ensure top-notch service quality. Service Operations Management: Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, spare parts management, and service quality control. Service Center Appointment: Identify and appoint new service centers to expand service coverage across the region. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service-related issues, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues related to LED TVs, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines, and provide guidance to service technicians. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve service procedures and workflows to enhance service efficiency and quality. Budget Management: Manage the service department’s budget, ensuring cost control and profitability. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of spare parts and components. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards in service delivery. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the service and repair of LED TVs, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of consumer electronics products, particularly LED TVs, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines. Proficiency in CRM software and other service management tools. Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer service. Experience with budget management and cost control. Additional Skills: Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
