We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Manager with over 5 years of BPO experience to join our team in Lucknow. Job Description: As an HR Manager at J&J Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Your expertise in BPO operations will be crucial in optimizing HR processes and enhancing employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various BPO roles. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection. Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company. 2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting employee engagement. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement action plans based on the feedback. 3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee performance. Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. 4. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and best practices. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and address any gaps. 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with external vendors or internal resources to provide relevant training programs. Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning. 6. HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, employee statistics, and other key metrics to senior management. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a BPO environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of BPO operations and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
