Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a focus on Recruitment and Payroll to join our team in Lucknow. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions. Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Handle employee data management, including attendance, leaves, and payroll records. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to payroll and HR. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and assist with workforce planning. Conduct employee orientation and assist in the development of training programs. Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment. Prepare and present reports on recruitment and payroll metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment and payroll management. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
