Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs). Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
